Maternal bliss…

I had the pleasure of photographing this mom-to-be today…she’s a beauty!  Inside and out!

We visited Breckenridge, Colorado as a family today.  A 2-ish hour trip from our home in Castle Rock and we weren’t the least bit disappointed.  We went to see the International Ice Sculpture competition.  We were stunned and amazed and the talent, the time, and the focus that went into each masterpiece.  Here are just a few from the day.

Engaged!

We ventured down to Commons Park on a blustery cold morning.  N&S were troupers through the whole experience and we got some great shots to boot!

Found Fall…

I was so happy to find a spot that still looked like fall for our late season Senior photo shoot today.  This kid is so photogenic…it’s always fun to see the finished product!  Thanks for being such a great sport this morning!  I think you’ll love what we came away with!

One of the most important things an artist can do is create art – for art’s sake…which is what I did when I visited Georgetown, Colorado yesterday to capture the last remnants of fall on the Western slope…

D&J

D&J are prehaps the most laid back couple I’ve ever worked with.  Nothing could take their focus off the purpose of this day – joining their lives together as one.  I feel privileged to have been a part of it.

Baby A

I can’t believe how fast time flies…this little one is 8 months old already and sitting up just getting ready to crawl!

Senior Pics…

I had a great time photographing this young man.  My favorite part was that he brought a “prop”, his car.  He’d worked on this car to bring it back to pristine shape and takes a lot of pride in it.  I love when seniors have a passion and share it with me, and the camera.  It’s something I know he’ll enjoy looking at in years to come.

New Beginnings…

Last night I had the privilege of not only attending, but photographing my nephew’s wedding.  It was a beautiful event from start to finish!  Everyone was relaxed and laid back and time just flew by…here are just a few images from the night.

Welcome…

I’ve changed blog locations to WordPress, a great blogging site that allows me to display larger photos.  I’m still figuring things out, but so far, I’m liking the new digs.
